





Hi I’m Jodi-Ann Bruce.
I’ve been active all my life, and a fitness instructor for over 7 years who has given a wide variety of fitness classes, and has certificates in areas such as size inclusivity, corrective conditioning, active aging, and postural improvement amongst many others. All this has given me a solid base to be able to make exercising safe for joints, effective, and interesting. I love to see clients not only improve their strength and mobility, but also re-find their joy in being active and living a fulfilling life.
